Shipping & delivery
We ship pan-India. Orders are packed with love in Jaipur and dispatched within 2–4 business days; delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Once your order ships, we'll message you on WhatsApp with tracking details. Shipping is free on all prepaid orders.
Exchanges & returns
Every Chini piece is handmade in small batches, so we offer exchanges for size issues only — no refunds or returns.
For a size exchange, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID. The piece must be unused, unwashed, and with tags intact. Exchange is subject to size availability.
Slight variations in colour or print are natural for handblock and handmade products — that's what makes your piece one of a kind, and they are not considered defects.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Paytm — UPI, credit/debit cards, netbanking and wallet. We never see or store your card details.
If an amount is debited but your order shows as failed, it is auto-refunded by the bank within 5–7 business days. Message us on WhatsApp with your order ID and we'll help right away.
Privacy
We collect only what's needed to fulfil your order: your name, phone number, delivery address, and optionally email. We use it exclusively for processing and delivering your order and never sell or share it with third parties, except our delivery and payment partners.
